Mission and Vision

My Approach

I have experience helping children and families seeking out support with a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Developmental milestones in infancy through childhood
  • Autism
  • Motor coordination
  • Reflex Integration
  • Sensory processing differences
  • Picky and restrictive eating
  • Challenging behaviors

Get Started

1: Schedule a phone call (Free)

Schedule a free, 15-minute phone call with Julie to discuss your family's needs and determine the next steps.  Email Julie at jwilliams@williamspediatricot.com to schedule.

2: The Evaluation ($249)

Julie will complete an individualized evaluation of your child, focusing on the areas of need discussed in your phone call.  This might include a combination of: observation of your child, questionnaires completed by family/caregivers, and tasks that your child tries to complete.  From the information gathered, an evaluation report will be completed and provided to you.

3: The Intervention ($108/45 minutes)

Julie will develop a treatment plan including goals and OT services based on the evaluation results.  Typical services are held 1x/week for 45-50 minutes.  OT services will be held at the child’s home, daycare, or another mutually agreed-upon location.

Insurance and Payment

We do not accept insurance at this time.  We want to prioritize your child’s care over the restrictions that often come with insurance contracts - which may limit intervention types, frequency, and duration of therapy.  This means that you are responsible for payment at the time of your session. We can provide you with a receipt, known as a “superbill,” containing the medical codes performed during your child’s session. Some insurance companies may allow you to submit this receipt for partial coverage, but you should verify this with your individual policy. We accept HSA cards, major credit/debit cards, cash, or checks as forms of payment.
